  I was just about to start fixing up my house to put it on the market, and I was dreading the whole renovation/listing/sale/closing process because I have recently retired and this just wasn't how I wanted to spend my time! I replied to a postcard received in the mail, and within days my house was being appraised and I had an offer by email that was exactly the amount I had hoped for. It seemed too good to be true, but it all kept falling into place just as described. At closing I was handed a check after signing the paperwork, and another check was mailed to my mortgage company to pay off my loan. Everyone was very helpful during the whole process, and did their best to answer my endless questions by email and text. Their solution was exactly what I needed, and I'm so glad I took the chance and contacted them about my house. Great company, great employees, and a win-win!
